WaywardGoogle Drive revoked all links to shared files, generating new links in their place. Owners have to actively share out the new links, or request a rollback to make their old shared links work again. Doesn't affect shares between accounts and 'already seen' by an account.
-
WaywardThis probably affects billions of forum posts with shared drivers, mods, roms, you name it.
-
Wayward(my guess is someone figured out how to incriment through files numerically)
-
DoranwenI did see that notice this evening, that is probably a good explanation for it
-
WaywardOf course, old/dead owners of throw-away accounts will not be logging in to generate and share new links.
-
DoranwenOf course. :P
-
WaywardMaybe it's not a security issue, just Google freeing up bandwidth with 404's.

systwiIDK: The idea is to have as close to a 1:1 accurate copy of a website/webpage/resource as possible, so any malware archived will, in theory, remain the same.
